Weddings of Hawaii

A More Connected Path From Discovery to ‘I Do’

Weddings of Hawaii has spent decades making destination ceremonies feel simple, personal, and memorable. The next opportunity is to bring that same clarity and consistency to the company’s digital presence.

This proposal outlines how Bowtie Media can help strengthen the brand, create a sustainable content and marketing system, generate demand during priority seasons, and connect more of the customer journey—from initial discovery through inquiry and follow-up.

01

What We Heard

  • Weddings of Hawaii has a strong reputation, a longstanding local presence, and a packaged model that makes destination ceremonies easier to plan.
  • The business is effective at converting qualified inquiries, making consistent lead generation an important opportunity.
  • Marketing and social media have been handled internally alongside other responsibilities rather than through a dedicated growth function.
  • The company has valuable content, reviews, customer stories, local expertise, and vendor relationships that can be used more strategically.
  • The immediate need is not simply more posting. It is a practical growth plan connecting content, advertising, lead response, and measurement.

Our recommendation is designed to add structure and momentum without losing the personal, family-operated character that has made Weddings of Hawaii successful.

The Strategic Opportunity

Weddings of Hawaii has spent decades making destination ceremonies feel simple, personal, and memorable. The next opportunity is to bring that same clarity and consistency to the company’s digital presence.

03

Digital Growth Strategy, Not Just Social Media

Bowtie Media is a boutique digital growth strategy agency. We help established organizations connect brand positioning, content, social media, advertising, customer journeys, and performance measurement into a practical system for growth.

Social media may be one of the most visible parts of the work, but it does not operate in isolation. Our role is to understand what the business needs, identify where marketing can create the greatest impact, and coordinate the channels and activities that move the right people from awareness to inquiry.

04

Experience That Informs the Strategy

Our perspective has been shaped by work across hospitality, experiences, events, premium consumer brands, home and lifestyle, real estate, service businesses, retail, education, wellness, and mission-driven organizations.

That cross-industry experience allows us to bring relevant ideas to Weddings of Hawaii without applying a generic formula. We understand the importance of visual storytelling, trust, seasonal demand, premium presentation, customer service, and high-consideration decisions—and use those insights to build a strategy around the client’s actual business model.

Audience priorities, positioning, customer journeys, seasonal opportunities, channel planning, and practical growth roadmaps.

Brand Positioning & Messaging

Clarifying what makes an established business distinctive and communicating that value consistently.

Content Strategy & Creative Direction

Developing sustainable content themes, campaigns, calendars, short-form video concepts, and creative systems.

Weddings of Hawaii operates at the intersection of hospitality, travel, events, lifestyle, and a deeply personal purchasing decision. Our cross-industry experience helps us understand each of those dimensions while keeping the strategy grounded in the company’s distinct model: intimate packaged ceremonies, an experienced local team, a trusted reputation, and a streamlined path from inquiry to celebration.

06

90-Day Digital Growth Pilot

Recommended Starting Point

$3,750 per month for three months

$11,250 total pilot investment

  • No separate onboarding fee
  • Paid-media spend is separate and paid directly by Weddings of Hawaii
  • The pilot does not automatically renew
  • Near the end of the 90 days, both teams will review performance and determine whether to continue, expand, or conclude the engagement

Because this would be Weddings of Hawaii’s first outsourced marketing partnership, we recommend beginning with a focused 90-day engagement. This gives both teams time to establish an effective working rhythm, improve the foundation, activate a priority campaign, and assess the best path forward using actual performance and operational needs.

What the pilot includes

  • Digital marketing and channel assessment
  • Audience, positioning, and customer-journey review
  • 90-day growth roadmap
  • Monthly content strategy and calendar
  • 10–12 organic social posts per month
  • Up to three short-form videos per month produced from approved and available assets
  • Copywriting, publishing, and channel optimization
  • Management of one primary paid-advertising platform
  • Strategic review of a secondary advertising platform
  • One focused seasonal or package campaign
  • Winter demand and the Gardenia package considered as initial campaign opportunities
  • Recommendations for lead tracking, HubSpot use, and response workflows
  • Social and advertising response playbook
  • Routine community management during standard business days
  • Monthly performance review with prioritized recommendations
  • Final pilot findings and recommended next-phase plan

Final channel selection and campaign priorities will be confirmed during kickoff based on access, historical performance, available creative assets, and the Weddings of Hawaii team’s immediate business priorities.

Weddings of Hawaii remains responsible for booking conversations, detailed customer-service matters, pricing questions, availability, contracts, and sales follow-up.
